How to shop at WarmaStore?                                               

1. Choose the product and the product size (if available).

2. Choose the quantity that you desire, click “Add to Cart”.

4. Click “Check Out”.

5. Fill the contact information and shipping address.

6. Complete your shipping details. Click “Continue to Shipping”.

8. Click “Complete Order”.

9. You’ll be directed to the payment page.  Do the payment as instructed. Our system automatically send you the payment instruction to your email, please check your inbox or spam folder.

10. After you finish your payment. You’ll be redirect back to warmastore.com page.

• Your payment status will be automatically checked by our system. No payment confirmation needed.

• An automatic email will be sent to you once payment received.

PAYMENT                                               

IMPORTANT: Once you place your order, please proceed with the payment within 24h. If payment not received within 24h the order will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Can I change the payment method?                                               

• No, only direct bank transfer available.                         

Should I send the payment confirmation?                                               

No. You don’t need to confirm your payment or send your payment receipt to us. Our system will change your payment status automatically once you pay your order.                         

SHIPPING

Do you ship overseas?                                              

Yes, we do. If any large order to be sent overseas, please inquire us directly through our email: info@warmastore.com with subject: “OVERSEAS”

How long will it take to get my order?                                               

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders may take 4-8 days.

What shipping carriers do you use?                                               

Domestic: SiCepat, JNE or Anteraja

International: POS Indonesia

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Processing Time

Domestic

All paid orders will be shipped the next day.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment processing time

• Shipment will be unavailable on Saturday, Sunday, and Indonesia Public Holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages 

The Site is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Warmastore.com ensures product are properly secured with box and protected with bubble wrap.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE                                               

Can I return or exchange my product?                    

No. We do not offer refunds or exchange for reasons not due to our error. Please make sure to check your order details before check out.

Product received do not match my order

WarmaStore will exchange any of the products that are not according to the order details.

Our policy lasts 7 days from delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. For exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and protection. Shipping cost will be covered by WarmaStore.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and item in perfect condition. Once the exchange product is received and inspected by WarmaStore, we will send you an email to update you about the exchange.
